Social Work Consultation is for adults and families who need help understanding services, sorting through information or deciding what to do next. You might be dealing with a confusing application, preparing for a meeting or unsure of your next steps when several services are involved.
As a CORU-registered social worker, I can help you consider your circumstances and the options available. Depending on the work we agree, we may review documents together, clarify what a form requires or prepare questions for a service.
The initial consultation includes a brief written summary of the main points and possible next steps. If further work would be useful, we agree its scope and cost beforehand.
This service is separate from psychotherapy. It does not include contacting services on your behalf, formal representation, ongoing case management or reports for legal proceedings. I cannot guarantee access to a service or a particular decision.
